Delicately wash and dry the strawberries and then remove the green crowns and stalks. Cut them into pieces and put them in the food processor with the other ingredients. Blend until you obtain a smooth puree, and then pour it into a jug. Serve immediately, before the ice melts completely. Decorate the jug and glasses with “whole” strawberries, either slit open at the bottom and slotted onto the edge or on wooden skewers. A delicious mixture, full of vitamins, for a toast (really) to your health… obviously a little Spumante of your choice would be nice in it!...
