A tempting recipe in which – as in many others – the Fattoria’s tomatoes play the leading role, accompanied by a few flavoursome and very “Mediterranean” ingredients. Thanks to its rich consistency and intense flavour, it’s perfect for dressing both short and long pasta, including pappardelle and pici.
