Ingredients for 4-5 people:1 bottle Le Chiassaie (or another dry sparkling wine)200 ml orange juice200 ml Blueberry juice4-5 tbsp blueberries1 untreated lemon ice cubes
Wash the blueberries, delicately pat them dry and set them aside. Mix the 2 fruit juices together in a jug, slowly pour in the well chilled sparkling wine and stir delicately. Put 5-6 ice cubes and a handful of blueberries in each glass.
Pour in the cocktail and add a slice of lemon to each glass… let’s make a toast to autumn, an extraordinary season that welcomes us with its colours and flavours, accompanies us into winter gently acclimatising us to it, and gives us precious gifts – first and foremost the new wine and olive oil!
