Grape Juice 0% Alcohol
Sangiovese grapes, which are typical to our area, are part of Tuscan farming heritage and are grown everywhere at the Fattoria… and their flavour – eaten straight after picking – or that of the freshly squeezed juice is unique and unrivalled. To capture the taste and aroma, and please both young (including the Lo Franco tribe!) and old, some years ago we found a way of bottling the freshly squeezed juice of the grapes harvested. The same thing goes for the other varieties used to make La Vialla’s sparkling grape juices: Uva Fragola – grown by the Viallini in the Maremma area, at Campagnatico – which is fragrant and has a unique flavour that’s both fresh and sweet (naturally, without adding sugar!), and Verdicchio – from the “nearby” region of Le Marche – which is an aromatic grape with aromas of broom, quince, pear and tropical fruit. The “children’s wine”, the freshly squeezed grape juice produced by Fattoria La Vialla using its own organically-biodynamically cultivated grapes, is a sweet, precious nectar, full of antioxidant and protective substances. After simply being pasteurised at a low temperature (70 °C), the decanted (unfiltered) juice is immediately bottled; this process prevents the yeasts that it contains from transforming the sugar into alcohol. In this way, the minerals and polyphenols are preserved along with the flavour of the grapes in this delicious alcohol-free drink... The grape juice doesn’t contain any added sulphites, and it’s available in a still red version and sparkling white and red versions.
