Created at La Vialla from one of the most delicious Italian recipes, aubergine “Parmigiana”, of which it fully maintains the flavour. It’s excellent for dressing both short and long pasta, and in oven baked pasta dishes with the addition of mozzarella or béchamel; superb on pizza and in “calzone”, on tasty bruschetta and in appetizing panini.
Ingredients: Aubergines, Tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Soft wheat flour, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese D.O.P., Salt of Trapani I.G.P., Grape must, Garlic, Basil, Pepper.
