From a simple, “age-old”, sauce – pecorino, parsley, garlic and olive oil – used by our Etruscan forefathers, we created this fragrant, spicy, substantial recipe by enriching it with a few simple ingredients, tomatoes for example, to make a tasty sauce for spaghetti, pici, tagliatelle, short pasta or rice, as well as tempting crostini and bruschetta.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Sun-dried tomatoes, Black olives, Pecorino cheese, Eggs, Parsley, Garlic, Pepper, Hot chilli pepper.
