It adds flavour to all kinds of boiled, grilled or roast meats (such as roast beef), salads and raw vegetables. It’s delicious on toasted bread, segments of hard-boiled egg, boiled potatoes and vegetables, also with aperitifs and appetizers. You can dress a nice plate of pasta with it… better still if you add grated pecorino, 1 or 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil and a little of the water the pasta was cooked in.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Breadcrumbs, Capers, Eggs, Garlic, Wine vinegar, Grape must, Lemon.
