“Bella di Cerignola” olives, in an “audacious”, pungent (delicious!) version. They can add flavour to various sauces and salads, as well as enriching aperitifs and appetizers, accompanying cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables... Once they’ve been eaten, you can use their oil to add flavour to pasta, boiled eggs or potatoes, or fish.
