Olives from Puglia – green, plump and incredibly tasty – in brine. Prepared in this way they are “plain and simple”, delicate, ready to be used for cocktails, or to liven up a tomato or meat sauce. They are also perfect to use, chopped, in rice or pasta salads, or a chicken salad.
