Baked in the wood-fired oven at the Fattoria, these little snacks are fragrant, slightly spicy and “seedy”. They are perfect with an aperitif, accompanied by olives, “Giardiniera” or fresh vegetables, salami and ham, chunks of pecorino, and sauces that aren’t too spicy or flavoursome. They are also delicious to nibble on their own.
