A sauce made with ripe tomatoes and fresh vegetables, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. As with the jams and other products from La Vialla, where necessary, a “sweet” touch is given by adding grape must, not sugar. The end result is a sauce with an exquisite, well balanced flavour, to be tried not just with meat and chips, but with bread, salads and vegetables, both cooked and raw.
Ingredients: Peeled tomatoes, Grape must, Wine vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt of Trapani I.G.P., Carrots, Celery, Parsley, Onion, Basil, Garlic.
