A purée of fresh strawberries and blackberries (a lesser quantity) that adds aroma, colour and flavour to a “bubbly” aperitif: 1 tablespoon of Fragolina – well chilled – for each glass of Sparkling Wine, to be stirred delicately… an aperitif that’s a great “hit” at the Fattoria. The purée is also exquisite to try with ricotta, yoghurt, ice cream, whipped cream and other creamy desserts.
