Handmade, one by one, and baked in the Fattoria’s wood-fired oven (like all La Vialla’s biscuits) without fat, without flour, in the traditional way and…. yes (seeing that it’s difficult to shape their particular dough) they are “Brutti ma.... Buoni” (= Ugly but… Good), well actually delicious!
