La Vialla’s “legendary” biscuits, full of pine nuts, walnuts, raisins and… a “drop” of Vin Santo, irresistible! They were “born” over 40 years ago – along with the Fattoria! – from a recipe by Piera, the cook here at that time, who used to put them into the oven after baking bread.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, Wholegrain wheat flour, White soft wheat flour, Vin Santo del Chianti, Extra virgin olive oil, Raisins, Pine nuts, Walnuts, Icing sugar, Baking powder.
