La Vialla’s Cantucci faithfully respect the original, rustic recipe, but they’re baked in wood-fired ovens and made exclusively with organic flour, almonds, sugar and eggs. The typical Tuscan way of eating them is by dunking them in Vin Santo, but they are also delicious on their own.
