Sparkling Wine Tasting Pack

This tasting pack contains a selection of 3 sparkling wines from Fattoria La Vialla:

- 1 btl. Mussantino Selvatico Rosé 2023 (extra dry semi-sparkling rosé wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Le Chiassaie 2023 (white brut sparkling wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Ca' dell'Oro 2023 (rosé brut sparkling wine, 750 ml)

Over 20 years ago Fattoria La Vialla ventured into the ebullient waters of sparkling wine, starting off with a Tuscan “spumante” – which seemed a bit strange at the time – made with our own organically and biodynamically cultivated grapes. The passion for this “bubbly” category of wine lead the family to experiment with various production techniques, not just the Charmat Method but also the “Metodo Ancestrale” (the Ancestral Method, also known as Pétillant Naturel or Pét Nat wines) and the “Metodo Classico” (the Italian Méthode Traditionnelle or Champenoise Method), as well as producing some unfiltered ones. As with all of La Vialla’s wines, their genuineness and the fact that they are only lightly filtered (or unfiltered), allows us to maintain a very low level of sulphites (50-70 mg/l) that is well below that permitted in organic farming.
