The place of honour on the table for this meal is reserved for the Fattoria’s Pecorino cheese, made exclusively using milk from our own sheep, with a flavour that is intense yet delicate. It is surrounded by numerous specialities: flavoursome Fennel Sausages, tasty Spicy Chopped Olives with herbs, fragrant Datterini Tomatoes, Olives and Capers, crunchy Quadrelli and aubergine Caponata, with its sweet and sour flavour. Then an exquisite dish of Fusilli with Bombolino Sauce without skins arrives on the table. The Cantucci biscuits (from the Fattoria’s bakery) round off the excellent dinner.
