Tuscan culinary tradition is based on good, simple, genuine ingredients and dishes, on recipes handed down from one generation to the next. To whet the appetite, this new gift pack contains fragrant, aromatic Fennel Sausages and Pecorino Gran Riserva cheese aged 12 months, made with milk from the Fattoria’s sheep, accompanied by the fresh bubbles of La Vialla’s “youngest” Metodo Classico wine, Cuvée Initiale. The first course is formed by an unbeatable pair; Pici, which are similar to spaghetti but thicker, with Sugo all’Aglione, a speciality from the Valdichiana (the valley south-east of Arezzo) that is popular throughout Tuscany, perfect to enjoy with a nice glass of robust, full-bodied Chianti Riserva 2020. And finally, the most Tuscan biscuits of all, almond Cantucci, baked in the Fattoria’s wood-burning oven.
