This new gift pack contains 8 specialities, in a two-layer box:
- 1 btl. Torbolone 2021 (red table wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Torbolino 2023 (white table wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (unfiltered, 100 ml)
- 1 string 4 or 5 Tuscan Fennel Sausages (matured at least 35 days, min. 200 g)
- 1 jar Carciofini Conditi (small seasoned artichokes, 110 g)
- 1 bag Fusilli (500 g)
- 1 jar Sugo Pomodori, olive e capperi (tomato, olive and caper sauce, 280 g)

The lunch contained in this gift pack begins with a tempting “aperitivo”: tasty chunks of Fennel Sausages (made with a mixture of natural herbs and spices, from a Viallino recipe), succulent segments of Small Seasoned Artichokes, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to prepare delicious bruschetta. While in our glasses for the customary toast is La Vialla’s “autochthonous” white wine, Torbolino, dry, fresh and fruity. Now it’s time for a dish of pasta, the Fusilli – with their tightly-wound spirals – let themselves be enveloped by the Tomato, Olive and Caper sauce to gain as much flavour as possible; and in our glasses now there’s a special red, Torbolone, soft and with a great persistence. For a perfect conclusion we find the soft, irresistible Chocolate Truffles, from the Fattoria’s bakery-workshop.... and lunch is served!
