- 1 btl. Barriccato 2020 (unfiltered red wine, aged in barriques, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Torbolino 2023 (white table wine, 750 ml)

- 1 jar Giardiniera with Balsamico Bianco (550 g)

When the right time of day arrives, if a shout of “A tavolaaaa!” (= Everybody to the taaaable!) rings out from the kitchen, everyone eagerly rushes in. Today there are two nice dishes of pasta ready on the table: Spaghetti and Fusilli, amongst the most popular classic shapes, dressed with Sugo Bombolino – made with tomatoes from the latest harvest – and Tomato, Olive and Caper Sauce. A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of the pasta (and everything else!) is excellent for the flavour and also – let’s not forget – for our health. Along with the two pasta dishes there is also the Giardinera of fragrant, “crisp”, pickled vegetables. And to “wash down” everything with the right bouquet and flavour, we find two wines, excellent fruits of the Fattoria’s organic-biodynamic land: the dry, fresh, “flavoursome” white Torbolino, and the red Barriccato, aged in barriques, robust and full-bodied.
