La Vialla’s Parmigiano Reggiano is aged 30 months and comes from its land of origin (Reggio Emilia), from organic agriculture and cattle farming. It has an excellent flavour, a high calcium content, and does not contain lactose. It can be used in many ways, grated on top of pasta, in flans, in “chunks”, in flakes on beef carpaccio... and try it with some Vin Santo Riserva for an amazing dessert!
