These truffles are also made with a mixture of Stracci biscuits, hazelnuts and bittersweet Viallella fondente (but without honey), enveloped in melted chocolate and cocoa. Similarly to their “siblings” they melt in the mouth, but then, after a few moments, you detect the slight spiciness of chilli pepper and the pleasant freshness of ginger.
